MATRICULANT OF THE YEAR 2023
Elke du Plessis, Reikantse Manaka and Thinica Mc Anda who made it through to the Top 14 of the prestigious ‘Matriculant of the Year’ competition, did Eunice proud at the Gala event.
Thinica said: “Throughout the process of being nominated and selected as one of the Top 14 finalists, I have received great support from my friends and family.
The entire experience has been a major confidence booster and has prepared me more for the journey that lies ahead of me. I have made several new talented friends during this experience, with whom I can collaborate in the future.
All the sponsors and organisers truly made us all feel super special and it was definitely the most memorable experience of my entire high school career.
I would like to encourage all future matriculants to enter this competition too, it is definitely an amazing experience of a lifetime.

According to Reikantse, she felt honoured to be part of the Top 14 finalists. “It was a great reward for my hard work and a memorable occasion.”
